You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and selecting the “Cancel Membership” option under your profile settings. Once canceled, you’ll continue to have access to your benefits until the end of your current billing period. If you need assistance, feel free to contact our support team.
When you upgrade your membership, the change takes effect immediately, and you’ll gain access to the additional features right away. If you choose to downgrade, the new plan will begin at the end of your current billing cycle. You can manage all changes through your account dashboard.
Membership benefits are tied to your personal account and email. You’re welcome to access your benefits from any device using the same email address. However, if others would like to access the content using their own email or account, they’ll need to register for a separate membership plan. This helps us ensure fair use and continue supporting our programs sustainably.
