About Course
Scams often target families, not just individuals. A caller may pretend to be a grandchild in trouble, a text may claim to be a spouse with a new number, or a scammer may use a real family detail to make a fake emergency sound believable.
This beginner course teaches a calm family safety plan: how to spot pressure, verify through trusted contact details, set a family safe word, support an older relative without taking over, and act quickly if money has already been sent.
Note: this is general education, not legal, financial, or law-enforcement advice.
