More of your health care now happens online, and that can be a good thing when you know how it works. This free, plain-language course explains telehealth (video and phone visits) and patient portals (your health information online) in simple, calm terms, so you can use them with confidence and keep your information safe.

You will learn what a patient portal is and how to log in safely, what you can do there (see results, message your doctor, refill prescriptions, book visits), how to get ready for and get through a video visit, and how to protect your private health information from scams.
